Who would I recommend the program to?
I would recommend the original 21 Day Fix to anyone who's interested in getting absolutely amazing results from a program in record time, who is ready to commit to a really strict program for a short amount of time. There are very limited opportunities for "cheats" in the program. That said, it works!If you're looking to change your habits and start on a new leaf, I would recommend this program more highly than any other Beachbody workout.
